Working Principle

Working Principle of XGP Series Single Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher
The rotation of the motor drives the pulley or coupling, the drive shaft and the conical part to make the eccentric shaft do periodic swinging motion under the axis line. After the material enters the crushing cavity from the feed port, it is squeezed, ground and kneaded by the mutual impact of the eccentric shaft and the wall of the rolling socket to produce crushing effect. The hydraulic insurance system can remove the fault objects from the top of the support sleeve and the fixed cone through hydraulic pressure when the machine has an iron fault or a stuffy car.

The single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is designed for secondary and tertiary crushing of hard and medium-hard rocks such as granite, basalt, iron ore, and river pebble. It delivers uniform particle size, making it ideal for aggregate production lines and mine processing plants.

The hydraulic system controls the adjustment of the discharge opening and provides overload protection. When uncrushable material (tramp iron) enters the crushing chamber, the hydraulic cylinder automatically releases pressure to protect the machine, then resets automatically — minimizing downtime.

Feed size typically ranges from 35mm to 300mm depending on the model. Output capacity ranges from 45 t/h to 700 t/h. Please contact us with your specific material and production requirements for an accurate model recommendation.

The discharge opening (CSS) is adjusted via the hydraulic adjustment system on the control panel, which allows precise and easy adjustment without stopping the machine. This helps you achieve the desired product granularity quickly.

Regular maintenance includes checking hydraulic oil levels and quality, inspecting the mantle and concave for wear, lubricating the eccentric shaft, and clearing the crushing chamber after shutdown. We recommend a full inspection every 500 operating hours.
