The XHP Series Multi-Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher works on the principle of laminated crushing. The motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate via the transmission mechanism, causing the movable cone to perform a swinging motion. Material is fed into the crushing chamber and crushed between the movable and fixed cones. The hydraulic system allows for automatic adjustment of the discharge opening, overload protection, and clearing of blockages, ensuring safe and efficient operation. This design delivers uniform particle size, high crushing efficiency, and reliable performance.
