The YKZ series vibrating screen is a heavy-duty multi-layer vibrating screen with strong excitation force, high screening efficiency, stable operation, and convenient maintenance. It is widely used in material classification in the mining, aggregate, coal, and construction industries.
Amplitude adjustable
The excitation force is adjusted by adjusting the number of counterweights, and the exciters are linked by universal joint couplings.
Rubber compound spring
The support adopts rubber composite spring for vibration reduction, stable operation and low noise.
High strength rivets
The side plate and the beam are connected by high-strength ring groove rivets, there is no stress relay, and distortion and deformation are effectively avoided.
Output controllable
It is convenient to replace the screen, and the screen can be customized.
