Case Introduction
This is a 2000TPD lead zinc ore flotation plant project in Peru. A complete technological flow is customized for local low-grade lead-zinc sulfide ore: three-stage closed-circuit crushing & screening → two-stage closed-circuit grinding & classification → lead-zinc preferential flotation → concentrate thickening & filtration → tailings dewatering & dry discharge.
Designed capacity reaches 2000 tons per day. Equipped with jaw crusher, cone crusher, ball mill, hydrocyclone, flotation machine, thickener and filter press. It realizes efficient separation and enrichment of lead and zinc minerals. The preferential flotation process effectively reduces mutual inclusion of lead and zinc, improves concentrate grade and recovery rate. Full-process frequency conversion equipment saves energy, tailings moisture after filter pressing ≤20%, meeting Peru’s mine environmental protection regulations.
