Product Overview

The impact crusher is a new generation of impact crusher designed by our company in combination with domestic and foreign advanced technologies to meet the needs of customers for low investment cost, energy saving and low consumption, it is often used in conjunction with Jaw crushers for medium and fine crushing of medium-hard materials. It is the preferred model of secondary crushing equipment in major sandstone and mineral processing production lines.

The rotor, hammer plate, liner, etc. are all made of high-quality steel, which is durable; the blow bar is poured with Gaoming wear-resistant composite technology, which has a large impact resistance; brand bearings have a large load-carrying capacity.

Involute-type crushing cavity, three-stage crushing, self-contained shaping function; large crushing ratio, product shape is polygonal; "stone strikes iron" principle, more crushing and less grinding, low powder output rate.

The crushing chamber is optimized, and the material passes through a large shaft; the high-precision heavy-duty rotor has a large rotating inertia, a large crushing chamber, a large space for material movement, and high crushing efficiency.

Granularity controllable

A variety of methods can effectively control the discharge particle size to meet the requirements of different users for different finished product specifications; each bonding surface of the equipment has mature technology, is firmly fixed, and operates stably.

Ease of maintenance

The hydraulic adjustment system can easily adjust the distance between the impact frame and the blow bar; the hydraulic opening device and the three-piece frame structure save time and effort for maintenance.

Safe and reliable

The self-weight safety device is safe and reliable; the feeding chute and impact plate are equipped with heating devices + impact crusher The bottom has no bar design, crushing wet materials, and still discharging smoothly.

Working Principle

Working Principle of Impact Crusher
The impact crusher is a crushing machine that uses impact energy to crush materials. When the machine is working, driven by the motor, the rotor rotates at a high speed. When the material enters the blow bar area, it collides with the blow bar on the rotor and breaks, and then is thrown to the impact device to be crushed again, and then bounces off the impact liner. Go back to the action area of the blow bar for re-crushing. This process is repeated. The material enters the first, second and third impact chambers from large to small for repeated crushing until the material is crushed to the required particle size and discharged from the discharge port.

Impact crushers can process materials with moderate moisture content, but excessive moisture may cause material blockage and reduce crushing efficiency.

Impact crushers use high-speed impact for medium-soft materials and produce a cubical product. Cone crushers use compression for hard, abrasive materials and are better for large-scale mining.

Perform daily visual inspections, check lubrication levels, monitor for abnormal vibration, and regularly inspect and replace worn blow bars and impact plates. Clean feed and discharge areas to prevent blockages.

Blow bars, impact plates aprons, and side wear plates liners. Blow bars wear the fastest and require regular replacement.
