Product Overview

The Crawler Mobile Impact Crusher is a self-propelled, track-mounted crushing system that integrates a high-performance impact crusher, vibrating feeder, multi-deck screen, and conveyor belt on a single robust chassis. Engineered for operations in demanding terrains where traditional wheeled crushers cannot access, it eliminates the need for concrete foundations, separate power sources, or external transport logistics. With a processing capacity ranging from 80 to 300 TPH, the Crawler Mobile Impact Crusher is widely used in quarrying, open-pit mining, construction waste recycling, road base aggregate production, and demolition projects. The fully integrated design allows rapid deployment and relocation between job sites with minimal downtime.

Key Advantages

Superior Off-Road Mobility

Heavy-duty rubber tracks enable movement on steep slopes, muddy terrain, and narrow job sites. In-place steering and 360° rotation for maximum maneuverability.

Intelligent Control System

Standard wireless remote control and manual operation modes. Optional PLC-based smart control for automated crushing sequences and real-time performance monitoring.

Adjustable Discharge Size

Impact plate angle is fully adjustable, allowing precise control over output particle size to meet various aggregate specifications without changing equipment.

Dual-Power Ready

Equipped with an external utility power port for flexible diesel or grid-electric operation, significantly reducing fuel costs in areas with reliable electricity.

Easy Maintenance Access

The crusher housing flips open for full internal access. Square-head bolts improve impact resistance. Wear parts are standardized for fast replacement on-site.

Low Operating Cost

Modular design, high fatigue resistance, and reduced haulage requirements translate directly into lower total cost of ownership compared to fixed crushing plants.

Working Principle

Working Principle of Crawler Mobile Impact Crusher
Feeding: Raw material (rock, ore, concrete waste) is fed into the vibrating feeder via excavator or loader. The feeder pre-screens fine particles and meters material flow into the Crawler Mobile Impact Crusher at a controlled rate. Impact Crushing: The high-speed rotor (fitted with blow bars) strikes incoming material at high velocity, propelling it against adjustable impact plates. Repeated impacts between the rotor and plates break material to the target size. Screening & Sizing: Crushed material falls onto the vibrating screen, which separates it into specified fractions. Oversized material is automatically returned to the crusher inlet via the return conveyor for re-crushing. Discharge: Finished aggregates are discharged from the main conveyor belt in the target gradation, ready for stockpiling or direct use in road base, concrete production, or backfill applications. Relocation: When the job site changes, the Crawler Mobile Impact Crusher self-propels to the next position or onto a low-bed trailer — no disassembly required, restoring full production within hours.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Crawler Mobile Impact Crusher is suitable for processing medium-hardness and below materials, including limestone, granite, river pebbles, concrete waste, asphalt, brick and demolition rubble. It is widely applied in quarrying, mining, road construction, and construction waste recycling. For highly abrasive materials such as basalt or quartzite, please consult us for a jaw or cone crusher solution.

No. One of the key advantages of the Crawler Mobile Impact Crusher is that it requires no permanent foundation. The heavy-duty crawler chassis distributes the machine's weight evenly, allowing it to operate directly on compacted ground, gravel surfaces, or even on moderate slopes — making it ideal for temporary job sites and remote locations.

The Crawler Mobile Impact Crusher supports both diesel engine drive and external grid-electric power. An external power connection port is standard, allowing you to switch to electricity whenever grid power is available on site — significantly reducing fuel consumption and operating costs over long-term projects.

The output particle size of the Crawler Mobile Impact Crusher is controlled by adjusting the gap between the rotor and the impact plates. This can be done quickly on-site without special tools. Additionally, the optional multi-deck vibrating screen allows further classification of the crushed product into multiple aggregate sizes simultaneously.

The Crawler Mobile Impact Crusher can self-propel short distances on its rubber tracks at up to 2–3 km/h. For longer distances, it is loaded onto a standard low-bed trailer without any disassembly. The compact transport dimensions ensure compliance with most road transport regulations, and the machine can resume full production within a few hours of arrival at the new site.

We provide a 12-month warranty on the complete machine and 24-month warranty on structural components. Our after-sales service includes remote technical support, on-site commissioning assistance, operator training, and a global spare parts supply network. Wear parts such as blow bars and impact plates are kept in stock for fast delivery worldwide.
