1000TPD Magnetite Ore Dry Magnetic Separation Plant Project

This is a magnetite dry magnetic separation plant designed specifically for low-grade magnetite. It adopts a water free beneficiation process of "three-stage crushing and classification+two-stage permanent magnet dry magnetic separation", which is suitable for mines in arid and water scarce areas. The factory can pre discharge waste rock and upgrade concentrate without water, effectively reducing the waste rock treatment cost of subsequent wet grinding operations, improving resource utilization, and avoiding water and wastewater discharge problems in traditional mineral processing processes. This is a typical dry separation case of efficient and environmentally friendly development of low-grade magnetite. The core equipment adopts permanent magnet dry magnetic separation technology, which has stable magnetic field and high separation efficiency. The coarse selection stage removes coarse waste rock (10-100mm) through high-strength magnetic drums, while the fine selection stage further purifies fine-grained ore (≤ 12mm), greatly improving the grade of ore entering the mill. The dumped waste rock can be used as building aggregates or road base materials for comprehensive utilization, achieving maximum resource utilization.
