1000TPD Magnetite Ore Dry Magnetic Separation Plant Project

This is a 1000 tons per day (1000TPD) magnetite ore dry magnetic separation plant designed for low-grade magnetite ore. It adopts a waterless beneficiation process of "three-stage crushing & classification + two-stage permanent magnet dry magnetic separation", which is suitable for mines in arid and water-scarce areas. The plant can pre-dump waste rock and upgrade concentrate without water, effectively reducing the waste rock treatment cost of subsequent wet grinding operations, improving resource utilization, and avoiding water consumption and wastewater discharge problems of traditional beneficiation processes. It is a typical dry separation case for efficient and environmentally friendly development of low-grade magnetite ore. The core equipment adopts permanent magnet dry magnetic separation technology with stable magnetic field and high separation efficiency. The roughing stage removes coarse waste rock (10-100mm) via a high-strength magnetic drum, while the cleaning stage further purifies fine ore (≤12mm), greatly improving the grade of ore entering the mill. The dumped waste rock can be comprehensively utilized as construction aggregate or road base material, realizing maximum resource utilization.
