This video documents the complete delivery of a 600 TPH diabase crushing plant in Vietnam, covering equipment manufacturing at the XINGAONAI factory, quality inspection, loading and shipment, on-site installation, commissioning and final production.
Diabase is a hard and abrasive rock that requires a properly matched crushing and screening process. The production line was configured according to the customer’s feed conditions, target capacity and aggregate requirements. After installation and commissioning, the system entered operation and demonstrated a stable material flow throughout the crushing, conveying and screening stages.
The project shows XINGAONAI’s ability to support an overseas crushing plant throughout its full lifecycle—from equipment production and shipping to installation guidance and production start-up. For a similar diabase, basalt or other hard-rock project, the final equipment configuration should be determined according to feed size, material abrasiveness, required output sizes, site conditions and operating hours.
