Video Description

This animation video illustrates the complete working principle of a jaw crusher in clear 3D visuals.

The jaw crusher operates through an eccentric shaft that drives the movable jaw plate in a cyclic motion toward the fixed jaw plate. As material is fed into the top opening (feed port), it is progressively crushed by the compressive force between the two jaw plates. Crushed material then passes through the discharge opening at the bottom, where the output size can be precisely adjusted via the toggle plate and adjustment seat.

Key components shown in the animation:

- Fixed Jaw Plate – provides the stationary crushing surface

- Movable Jaw Plate – driven by the eccentric shaft to create crushing force

- Eccentric Shaft – the core drive component that converts rotational motion

- Toggle Plate – acts as a safety mechanism and controls discharge gap

- Flywheel – stores and releases energy for smooth continuous operation

XINGAONAI's jaw crushers (PE & PEV Series) are engineered for primary crushing of hard rocks, granite, limestone, basalt, and ores in mining, quarrying, and construction aggregate applications.
