The double rotor sand making machine uses two rotors rotating in opposite directions to crush materials. The material is first impacted by the upper rotor and then further crushed by the lower rotor, forming a continuous crushing process. Inspect rotor blades and impact blocks every 100–200 hours for wear. Replace worn blades symmetrically to maintain rotor balance and avoid excessive vibration. Bearings should be re-greased every 300 hours and replaced annually or as required based on condition monitoring.
