This video shows a complete 100 TPH stone crushing plant in operation. The plant features a PEV600×900 jaw crusher as the primary crusher and an HP200 cone crusher for secondary crushing.
The PEV600×900 jaw crusher has a feed opening of 600×900 mm and can accept feed material up to 500 mm . It is powered by a 75–90 kW motor and delivers a processing capacity of 180–455 tons per hour . Its deep crushing cavity and high-manganese steel jaw plates make it ideal for hard rocks like granite and basalt .
The HP200 cone crusher handles the secondary crushing stage with a maximum feed size of 60–178 mm and a processing capacity of 160–250 tons per hour . Equipped with a 160 kW motor, it features hydraulic discharge adjustment and overload protection, making it well-suited for medium and fine crushing of hard, abrasive materials . The multi-cylinder hydraulic design improves lubrication and extends wear part life .
This jaw + cone combination is a proven configuration for hard rock applications such as granite, basalt, and river pebble . The plant delivers consistent product size, efficient screening, and low wear costs per ton. The closed-circuit screening system returns oversized material to the cone crusher for re-crushing, ensuring consistent product quality .
