FEED SIZE

80-280m³/h
Application areas:Fine sand recovery machines are widely used in sand and gravel plants, mineral processing plants, hydropower stations, commercial mixing stations and other fields to recycle fine sand discharged from sand washing machines.
Applicable materials:Fine sand recovery machine is suitable for cleaning, dehydrating and classifying various slurry materials.

Product Overview

The fine sand recovery machine can effectively reduce the loss of fine sand and control it within 5%-10%, which is a good solution to the high fineness modulus and high stone powder content of the finished sand in the artificial aggregate processing system. low puzzle. The fine sand recycling machine is suitable for mud purification, sand and gravel aggregate system of hydropower station, glass raw material processing system, artificial sand production line and recovery of coarse coal slime in coal preparation plant, etc.

Key Advantages

Not easy to block

The vibrating screen adopts wear-resistant polyurethane screen, which has a longer service life than other types of screens.

Improve resource utilization

The fine particles are recycled, reducing the waste rate, and the finished products can be directly transported away, saving site costs.

Polyurethane material

The cyclone is lined with polyurethane to improve the service life of the device and complete the work of slurry concentration and liquid clarification.

High recovery rate

85% of fine particles can be recovered, and customized models can be customized

Working Principle

Working Principle of Fine Sand Recovery Machine
The pump slurry sand-water mixture is transported to the high-pressure sediment separator, and the centrifugally graded and concentrated tailing sand is provided to the dewatering screen through the grit settling nozzle. After being dehydrated by the dewatering screen, the tailing sand and water are effectively separated, and a small amount of tailing sand and mud are recycled through the return box. Back to the cleaning tank, when the liquid level in the cleaning tank is too high, it will be discharged through the discharge port. The weight concentration of the recovered material from the dehydration screen is 70%-85%. Adjusting the fineness modulus can be achieved by changing the pump speed, changing the mortar concentration, adjusting the overflow water volume, and replacing the mortar nozzle. Thereby completing three functions of cleaning, dehydration and grading.

Frequently Asked Questions

A fine sand recovery machine (also called a sand recycling machine) is used to recover fine sand particles (0.075–0.5mm) that are lost in the overflow wastewater from sand washing operations. Without it, 5–20% of valuable fine sand product is washed away as waste, reducing yield and causing environmental pollution from sediment-laden wastewater.

The machine uses a hydrocyclone to separate fine sand from wastewater by centrifugal force. The concentrated sand slurry is then fed onto a dewatering vibrating screen, which separates the recovered fine sand from the water. The clean, dewatered fine sand is discharged as a usable product.

Under normal operating conditions, a fine sand recovery machine can recover 85–95% of fine sand particles above 0.075mm from the wash water. The exact recovery rate depends on feed concentration, cyclone specifications, and screen mesh size.

Yes. The recovered fine sand, after dewatering on the vibrating screen, typically has a moisture content of 15–25% and meets quality requirements for use in concrete mixing, mortar, and road base applications, provided the particle gradation meets project specifications.

Absolutely. The fine sand recovery machine is designed as a standalone add-on unit that connects to the overflow outlet of an existing spiral or wheel bucket sand washer. Integration requires minimal civil work and can significantly improve the overall yield and economic efficiency of your sand production line. Our engineers will provide a free integration plan based on your current setup.
