Product Overview

The Xingaonai tracked mobile cone crusher is a high-performance mobile crushing unit designed for secondary and tertiary crushing applications. The main crusher is equipped with an advanced multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, utilizing the lamination crushing principle to produce excellent particle shape with minimal flakiness. The whole machine is mounted on a heavy-duty tracked undercarriage, allowing it to move easily within a quarry and between different job sites. This unit is specifically designed to handle hard, abrasive materials such as granite, basalt, and iron ore, delivering high capacity and superior product quality.

Key Advantages

Lamination Crushing for Superior Product Shape

The cone crusher applies the lamination crushing principle, where materials are compressed between the mantle and concave liner, forming a multi-layer crushing action. This produces cubical, well-shaped aggregates with minimal flakiness, making it ideal for high-grade concrete and asphalt production.

Heavy-Duty Undercarriage with Excellent Mobility

The heavy-duty tracked chassis provides strong traction on rugged terrain. The unit is compact for transport on low-bed trailers and offers rapid setup time on site.

High Capacity and Reduction Ratio

Featuring a robust crushing chamber design with a high pivot point and large feed opening, the unit delivers high throughput with a large reduction ratio. The optimized combination of crushing chamber, eccentric stroke, and speed ensures efficient crushing of hard and abrasive materials.

Automated Crushing Control System

The unit features an advanced automation system with one-button start/stop, real-time monitoring of feed rate and crusher load, automatic wear compensation based on liner wear, and remote monitoring via telematics.

Working Principle

Working Principle of Tracked Mobile Cone Crusher
The tracked mobile cone crusher integrates a tracked undercarriage, chassis frame, cone crusher unit, feeding system, and discharge conveyor into an integrated mobile crushing plant. An excavator or wheel loader feeds material into the large hopper, and a vibrating feeder or belt feeder ensures uniform distribution of material onto the crusher feed conveyor. The material then enters the cone crusher chamber, where the rotating mantle gyrates eccentrically within the concave liner, and the material is compressed, crushed, and ground multiple times between the mantle and concave through multi-layer lamination action, producing a consistent output with excellent cubical shape. An optional integrated screen module or independent mobile screen can be added to screen the material into multiple products, with oversize material returned to the crusher via a recirculating conveyor for additional crushing. Finally, the crushed material is discharged via the main conveyor belt onto a stockpile or directly into trucks. The entire process can be monitored and controlled remotely, ensuring optimal performance and safety, while the closed crushing circuit ensures a consistent product gradation with minimal over-crushing, maximizing yield and efficiency.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, it can be seamlessly matched with our tracked mobile jaw crusher as a secondary/tertiary crushing unit. The two units form a closed-circuit crushing system via conveyor docking, realizing continuous feeding, crushing and finished product output without manual transfer, which greatly improves the overall production efficiency of quarry and mining projects.

Equipped with an independent pre-screening system and anti-blocking design, it can effectively remove mud and fine particles before crushing. Even for wet granite, basalt or ore materials, it avoids chamber clogging and maintains stable output, while the lamination crushing principle ensures the particle shape of finished aggregates is not affected by material humidity.

All models are designed with compact transportation dimensions, which comply with international road transportation standards. They can be directly driven onto standard low-bed trailers for road transfer without disassembly, and the transition between different job sites can be completed within half a day, which is very suitable for contract crushing and remote engineering projects.

It adopts a dual-power design (diesel engine + electric motor), which can flexibly switch between diesel power for off-grid sites and electric power for fixed production bases. The electric mode reduces energy consumption by 30%-40% compared with pure diesel, lowering long-term operating costs for large-scale continuous production.
