The reason why the output of the crusher is not up to the standard?

Release time:Mar.17.2023 Views:0

For the production process of the crusher, whether it is the occurrence of failures, the analysis of the reasons for the decline in output, or the solution to the phenomenon of unreasonable discharge, it is an important operation in production. These operations are all to ensure production. Benefits, different phenomena are caused by different reasons, here is to introduce the problems caused by the phenomenon that the output is not up to standard.

1. Crushing ratio

The crushing ratio refers to the ratio of the imported material to the particle size of the crushed finished product. The larger the ratio, the larger the crushing ratio, and vice versa. For the production process of the crusher, the needle flake content increases if the crushing ratio is large. Therefore, in production, the adjustment of the crushing ratio is an important measure to ensure the output. Of course, the crushing ratio is too small. The selection needs to be appropriate.

2. Feed size

For crushers, different types or models can process different sizes of incoming materials. If the incoming particle size is not suitable, it will also cause the phenomenon that the output quality is not up to standard. For example, when the incoming particle size is changed from When the 100mm is reduced to 50mm, the needle flake content in the finished material decreases by 38%, so the feed particle size must meet the requirements of the production equipment.

3. Cycle load

The working process of the crusher is carried out in a closed circuit. If the discharge port is increased and the load in the cycle is increased, the particle shape of the stone will become better. In the whole process, due to the increase in the cycle load, the wear and tear of each equipment in the system increase, but when the discharge port is adjusted larger, the load of the main crushing motor can be reduced, and the shape of the finished material becomes better. Therefore, in production, it is very important to adjust the cycle load.

4. Open and closed loops

In the production of crushers, the circulation is divided into circuit circulation and closed circuit circulation. The former is called first sieving and then crushing, and the latter is called first crushing and then sieving. After sieving, it enters the secondary crushing inlet for crushing, so that the output of finished materials increases, and the content of needle flakes also increases. First crushing and then screening means that all the primary crushed materials enter the secondary crushing inlet. The whole system is a closed system, there is no loss of crushed material, and the cycle load is relatively large, but the product has a good grain shape. In the actual production of the crusher, it can be carried out according to the production needs. Choice of open or closed loop.
