Dry production process


The so-called dry production process means that during the crushing and screening of parent rock, sand and gravel shaping and processing processes, except for the spray dust reduction in individual dust removal processes and the spraying of a small amount of water to prevent the segregation of finished sand, the entire production line process basically does not use water. . The dry process is suitable for areas with simple geological conditions of parent rock, less overburden, less faults and fissure soils, less impurities such as soil and organic matter in the ore, and areas with arid climate, little rain, and lack of water resources.


Wet production process


The so-called wet production process means that the materials are washed with water during the crushing and screening process, and the coarse and fine aggregates are washed with a stone washing machine and a sand washing machine. During the production process, water is used as a working medium and dust suppression measure, and it participates in the entire production of sand and gravel aggregates, so it is called a wet process. The wet process is suitable for areas with a high content of impurities such as soil and organic matter in the ore, and areas with abundant rainfall and water resources.


Generally, the wet process is used when the raw materials contain a lot of mud or weak particles, and when the finished sand and gravel powder content is high, the wet process can also be used to remove part of the stone powder. According to the different properties of the soil contained in the raw materials, the sand and gravel cleaning methods can be divided into screen surface washing and sand and gravel cleaning machine cleaning. As for the specific cleaning method, it should be based on the degree of mud in the raw materials, the properties of the soil, the processing volume, etc. Determined by comprehensive analysis of factors.


Dry and wet production process


The water consumption of this production process is between the wet and dry production processes. It generally refers to the front-wet and then-dry production process, that is, the pre-screening is produced by the wet process and the moisture content of the discharge is controlled, and the sand making screen is shaped. The sub-system adopts dry production process.


The typical process flow is similar to that of the wet process. In the pre-screening process, impurities such as soil and stone powder on the stone must also be washed with water. After washing, the ore with a particle size less than 5-40 mm enters the sand making process. The difference is that the finished sand part or All are no longer washed. It is widely used in sand and gravel plants built with hydropower projects in southern my country that use limestone as the main raw material.
