MINEXPO Tanzania 2026 has concluded after three days at the Diamond Jubilee Expo Centre in Dar es Salaam. From October 28 to 30, XINGAONAI joined the exhibition at Booth 170A, where our team had the opportunity to meet people working across the mining and mineral processing industry.
A conversation at an exhibition often begins with a machine: a crusher for a new plant, a screen for an existing line, or equipment for a mineral processing stage. The more useful question comes next: what must that machine achieve under the project’s actual conditions? That question will guide our follow-up after MINEXPO.

Looking at the Whole Process
Equipment selection starts with the material. Feed size, hardness, moisture and the proportion of fine particles can affect which machines are appropriate and how they should be arranged. Required capacity and final product specifications then help define each stage of the process.
For a crushing and screening line, selecting a crusher without checking the downstream screen and conveyors can leave one part of the plant unable to keep pace with another. In a mineral processing project, the proposed equipment also needs to fit the material’s test results and the intended separation process. XINGAONAI’s equipment range covers crushing, screening, grinding and beneficiation, but a product list alone cannot determine the right configuration for a site.
The same principle applies when upgrading an existing plant. Before recommending a replacement machine, it helps to understand where the current limitation occurs: at feeding, crushing, classification or another stage. A review of the present layout and operating records can make the next technical discussion more productive.
Turning an Enquiry into a Useful Project Brief
The exhibition provided a starting point for face-to-face communication. After the event, a short project brief can help move each enquiry forward. The most useful information includes:
The material or ore to be processed, with test results if available.
Maximum feed size and expected feed variation.
Required capacity and operating hours.
Target product sizes or processing objectives.
An existing flowsheet or plant layout, if the project is an upgrade.
Site conditions, including available space, power and water.
Not every project has all of these details at the outset. Identifying the missing information is part of the selection process. It allows the team to explain what should be measured or tested before settling on equipment models and a process layout.

Our Work Continues After the Exhibition
MINEXPO Tanzania 2026 ended on October 30, but project planning takes longer than three exhibition days. XINGAONAI will continue reviewing enquiries received during the event and discussing equipment options as customers provide further technical information.
We thank everyone who visited Booth 170A and took the time to speak with our team. If we met in Dar es Salaam, you can continue the conversation by sending your project details through our contact page. If you could not attend, you are equally welcome to share your material and production requirements for an initial review.
